Presentation Format

Selected presentations will be delivered in a professional symposium format.

  • Presentation duration: 20–25 minutes including Q&A
  • Time allocations will be strictly managed to maintain program flow
  • All presentations must remain non-commercial and non-promotional in nature

Please note that company marketing presentations or product sales briefings will not be accepted.

  • Call for Papers Opens: 1 June
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 30 June
  • Review & Selection Process Completed: 31 July
  • Speaker Notifications: Early August

Submission Information

Before submitting your abstract, please prepare the following materials:

  • Presentation title
  • Presenter name(s) and affiliated organization
  • Abstract summary outlining the scope and objectives of the presentation
  • Short paragraph highlighting the presenter’s expertise and relevance to the topic
  • Presenter biography
  • High-resolution presenter headshot
    (minimum recommended size: 800 × 800 pixels)

Once the submission portal becomes active, abstracts may be submitted through the official online submission system.

Important Guidelines

  • Symposium presentations should be unclassified
  • Presenters are responsible for obtaining all necessary organizational, governmental, or agency approvals prior to participation
  • Proprietary, restricted, or classified information must not be included in presentations
  • Final presentation approval is required before inclusion in the official conference agenda
  • Selected speakers will receive a detailed Speaker Information Guide prior to the event, including presentation instructions, final submission requirements, and speaker registration details
